Does the music industry have a gender? That is a hard question to answer.
What is easy to say however is that women are massively underrepresented in the sector. In order to change this overall trend, this column is here to share the voices of talented women of the music industry, discussing their work, their relationships to music, their inspirations; and hopefully give them the recognition they deserve.
